They have no idea about the new windows and doors you just installed or the thousands of dollars you put into landscaping so you could actually lose out on money because the value of your home maybe too low or too high according to these sites.

Well you may think selling a house is easy and "I have to do is put a sign in my yard and it's Sold"....WRONG!!

Selling your home the right way takes much more then placing a sign in the yard and putting a few pictures on the internet.
It takes knowing the market along with knowing the selling process and the legal aspect of selling a property.
It may seem like you will save money by selling your home yourself but did you know that hiring a Realtor can usually net you more money than if you sell it yourself.
